Log into your account or use our 'Order Status' page to submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your package.
Verification & Approval
Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the uncustomized hair, original box, and all free gifts into a shipping mailer and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
